2024 proved to be a year of significant growth, strategic expansion, and notable successes for Larsen Manufacturing. We couldn’t be more proud of our achievements, and can only marvel at the robust organization we have built.
Our Key Accomplishments Include:
Facilities Expansion – We’ve made a few significant changes in moving our facilities, acquiring much needed additional space, and streamlining our manufacturing process. All of these adjustments have maximized our capabilities and efforts, bringing our total building footprint to 438,794 Sq. Ft.
New Equipment – Larsen is very excited with the addition of the Amada Ventis 3015 Fiber Laser Cutting Machine. This state-of-the-art equipment features 6kW power with auto sheet feed, and part separation capabilities.
Increased Industry Rankings – Once again, Larsen has rated higher in the FAB40 2024 rankings of metal manufacturers. Our company has jumped to the 16th position in 2024, up from the #17 spot the year prior.
World Quality Month Observance – Because quality is one of the top priorities at Larsen, we spent the entire month of November recognizing the value Quality plays, and its impact on commercial enterprises, communities, and institutions. Larsen Manufacturing holds ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016 certifications and is on track to complete ISO 14001:2015 certification by April-May 2025.
Focus on Sustainability – Having expanded our facilities, we are committed to creating a responsible manufacturing environment by implementing practices and technologies that lower negative ecological effects, while conserving natural resources.
Continuing Education – Larsen provided English classes for interested employees. The complimentary classes, conducted by a qualified instructor, were available onsite, during business hours for 10 weeks.
Looking ahead, Larsen has a lot planned for 2025; continued innovation and efficiency, expansion into new markets, and investment in employee training and development.
