Position: VA/VE Assistant

Position Responsibilities:
- Be familiar with the Larsen Quality Policy and Objectives.
- Be proficient and trainable on the JobBoss system and its capabilities; primarily Data Collection and APQP Engineering requirements.
- Have a Stamping manufacturing flow and processes knowledge
- Assist in new Project launches into the APQP System and JobBoss
- Monitor on a weekly basis the open projects status
- Assist with Lessons learned data and update the system
- Build Pack lists for PPAP samples and Approved Tools
- Build Production Master Jobs
- Assist in organizing new projects data and updating documentation as required
- Daily Capture Efficiencies Reports for stations and employees
- Process monthly Efficiencies and Machine Utilization Reports and update in KPI board
- Update Production Board Low-Performance Jobs and reports
- Daily general Tasks
- Assist in VA/VE projects as required
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree Preferred Industrial, Mechanical, Metallurgical Engineering or Business Administration
- Strong Computer Literacy ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook)
- Strong Math Skills
- Bilingual with written & verbal skills
- Ability to speak to groups of people
- High time management skills
- Able to handle multiple projects at a time
- Ability and willingness to work overtime when necessary
