According to a Jobber survey, 75% of high school and college-aged people would be interested in vocational schools offering paid, on-the job training. Larsen answered that call again last year, with intern Sofia. Previously unaware of all the facets of the industry, she related being surprised by the possibilities that suited her educational course of study.
